| Steps for TeleConsultation (Patient) | |
| Step 1: | Enter mobile number, if you are an existing patient your details will be pulled up after you enter mobile number, otherwise go to step 2 |
| Step 2: | Enter information to identify yourself such as name, address, email, gender etc. |
| Step 3: | Select your hospital branch (where you visit usually) |
| Step 4: | Choose the doctor you want to book an appointment with |
| Step 5: | Choose Preferred Date/ Time for appointment |
| Step 6: | Once you make a payment your appointment will get confirmed and you will receive a SMS & Email confirmation with the link for teleconsultation. |
| Step 7: | At the appointment date/ time, Click on the link received by Email or SMS. |
| Step 8: | Doctor will start video consultation and you will receive an alert on your mobile; enter your token no to join in. |
| Step 9: | Upon completion of session, e-Prescription will be sent to you on Email and on mobile via SMS. |
