Steps for TeleConsultation (Doctor)

Step 1: 

Log in to TeleHealth Services Module

Step 2: 

Select “Appointment Requests” WorkList and track appointments

Step 3:

Select an appointment and “Approve” it for teleconsultation. This alerts the patient with the link for teleconsultation.

Step 4:

Now, go to “Scheduled Patients” Worklist and locate the appointment and Click on “Call” to start teleconsultation session.

Step 5: 

The doctor can double click the record in the worklist, or click the “Prescription” button, to make the ePrescription. In case the doctor wants to send a specific message to the patient, it can be done by clicking the “Send Message” button

Step 6: 

Doctor can click “End Session” to end session when the consultation is over. The ePrescription and receipt are automatically emailed to the patient at this step.
