| Steps for TeleConsultation (Doctor) | |

Step 1: |
Log in to TeleHealth Services Module |

Step 2: |
Select “Appointment Requests” WorkList and track appointments |

Step 3: |
Select an appointment and “Approve” it for teleconsultation. This alerts the patient with the link for teleconsultation. |

Step 4: |
Now, go to “Scheduled Patients” Worklist and locate the appointment and Click on “Call” to start teleconsultation session. |

Step 5: |
The doctor can double click the record in the worklist, or click the “Prescription” button, to make the ePrescription. In case the doctor wants to send a specific message to the patient, it can be done by clicking the “Send Message” button |

Step 6: |
Doctor can click “End Session” to end session when the consultation is over. The ePrescription and receipt are automatically emailed to the patient at this step. |
